In-Home Design Consultant — High-Earning Window & Door Sales

Andersen Corporation in Morgantown, WV seeks a Design Consultant Trainee to join our Renewal by Andersen team. This multi-week training program covers the Renewal sales process, classroom and hands-on learning, and job shadowing before transferring to a Design Consultant role.
You will conduct in-home consultations, showcase a range of window and door options, and leverage an iPad and AR tools to design solutions for homeowners.
