A Service Porter is a \"Jack of all trades\" and is essential for maintaining an efficient and organized service drive. Demonstrating friendliness, a willingness to help, and practicing safe driving techniques are key to excelling in this role.ResponsibilitiesVehicle Preparation: Once the greeter has greeted the customer, prep the vehicle immediately to ensure a smooth workflow.Vehicle Movement: Move vehicles as far to the front of the service drive as possible to maintain an organized and clutter-free area. Key control is paramount.Vehicle Relocation: Move service vehicles to their designated locations, such as detail, service lot, shop, or tinting area.
