Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in the staffing or recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for matching the right candidates with the right roles. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred, as we work with a diverse client and candidate base.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job openings
  
   
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  
   
• Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and organizational culture
  
   
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms
  
   
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate onboarding
  
   
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation in the applicant tracking system
  
   
• Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in staffing or recruiting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Bilingual preferred (e.g., English/Spanish, English/French, etc.)
