Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Work nationwide OTR dry van routes from Lawton with a carrier focused on driver safety and retention. You’ll run solo in modern tractors under three years old, equipped with sleepers, APUs and inverters, with dependable in-house maintenance.

Daily responsibilities:

• Deliver dry van freight across national lanes while maintaining on-time performance and compliance.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and keep accurate trip documentation.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and follow routing directions.

Requirements & highlights:

• CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable experience required.
• Compensation starts at 65¢/mi, ~2,500 mi weekly averages, plus safety/referral bonuses, biweekly home time, full benefits and 401(k).
