Be More Than a Technician. Help Build Something Great.

Are you an experienced HVAC technician who's great with people, takes pride in your work, and wants more out of your career?

We're looking for our future Operations Manager.

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is launching a new, locally owned operation in Utah County. We're looking for an outstanding Lead HVAC Technician who wants to get in on the ground floor, help build a great company, and grow into an Operations Manager role as our business expands.

You'll start in the field, doing what you do best. As we grow, you'll help hire and mentor technicians, build our team, improve operations, and take on increasing leadership responsibilities.

This is your opportunity to help build something from the beginning—not just join another HVAC company.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.

• Help establish our standards for quality, professionalism, and customer care.

• Mentor and train new technicians as we expand.

• Work directly with ownership to build and improve our operations.

• Grow into managing technicians, daily operations, and business performance.

Who We're Looking For

• An experienced HVAC service technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills.

• Exceptional people skills —someone who connects naturally with customers and coworkers.

• A self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems, and leads by example.

• Someone hungry to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibility.

• A team player who enjoys mentoring others and helping them succeed.

• A valid driver's license and applicable HVAC certifications.

Management experience is a plus, but not required. We're hiring for leadership potential.

Why Join Us?

• Get in on the ground floor of a new, locally owned One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchise.

• Build something meaningful and help shape our team, processes, and culture.

• Advance your career with a path toward becoming Operations Manager.

• Work directly with ownership and have a real voice in the business.

• Competitive compensation , performance incentives, and opportunities for professional growth.

Ready for More?

If you're a great HVAC technician who knows you're capable of more, we want to meet you.

Come help us build something great.
