Description Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing A rapidly growing manufacturing company is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with production, scheduling, shipping, and sales to ensure customer expectations are met. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Prepare quotes and maintain accurate customer records. Build strong, long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Previous customer service experience is required. Experience in manufacturing or corrugated packaging is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
