Immediate openings and urgently hiring!What We Offer:Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits PackageSafety First!What You'll Do:Lay out, fit, and weld fabricated steel frames and metal parts according to blueprintsMeasure, mark, and position components using tape measure, square, clamps, and other hand toolsWeld in vertical, flat, horizontal, and overhead positionsUse torch, plasma cutter, and grinders for prep and finishingInspect welds and components to ensure accuracy and conformance to specificationsWeld out components previously tack-welded by senior weldersGrind, sand, and finish metal parts as neededOperate material-handling equipment including overhead cranes/hoistsMove, stage, and properly store materials and finished productWear required PPE including welding helmet, gloves, leather gear, safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, and respirator when neededPerform MIG welding and occasional TIG weldingSupport additional production tasks as assignedWhat You Bring (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):Hands-on experience with MIG and TIG weldingAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbolsStrong measurement skills: tape measure, fractions, decimals, and dimensional accuracyMechanical aptitude and initiative in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong math skills and attention to detailAbility to follow safety procedures and wear all required PPEAbility to multitask and maintain quality under production timelinesAbout CTR Group:CTR Group operates in the staffing and recruitment industry, nationwide for over 35 years.
