Meat Grinder/Cutter

We are seeking a reliable Meat Grinder/Cutter to prepare and process raw meat and chicken for daily production. This position involves operating meat grinders and blenders, cutting and preparing meat, and ensuring products are stored at proper temperatures and rotated according to product dates.

Responsibilities:

Operate meat grinders, blenders, knives, box cutters, and other equipment.

Cut, prepare, and pack meat and chicken according to daily production needs.

Review the next day's menu and ensure all required meat is pulled and ready for cutting.

Monitor product temperatures, expiration dates, and overall quality to prevent spoilage.

Report issues with meat, freezers, or machinery to the supervisor.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while following USDA, HACCP, and FDA guidelines.

Follow all required PPE and food safety procedures.

Requirements:

English required.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand/arm movements.

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in cold temperatures.

Must be able to safely use knives, ladders, stepstools, and other equipment.
