Associate Recruitment Consultant (Outbound sales)

Salary: $50K Minimum Base Salary + OTE - Uncapped 44% Commission + Progression to Leadership + Full Training

Hours: Monday - Friday (Early finish on Fridays)

Location: Austin, Downtown, Texas

The Role:

• Have the opportunity to specialize in Engineering, Technology, Energy, or Construction markets
• Develop new business through B2B sales, cold calling, and relationship building
• Source and interview top talent for your client
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Earn uncapped commission with significant earning potential
• Progress into future leadership and management roles
