Conduct freedom‑to‑operate, infringement, and patentability analyses. Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. Knowledge of quantum computing, with a preference for photonic quantum computing and quantum error correction. Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school and admission to the USPTO. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in teams. Education Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school.
