This role combines leadership, sales coaching, guest service, and operational excellence to achieve performance goals. Key Responsibilities Leadership Lead by example with professionalism and accountability. Coach, motivate, and develop Wellness Consultants. Foster a culture of teamwork, recognition, and continuous improvement. Sales & Guest Experience Coach consultative selling and personalized wellness journeys. Drive memberships, retail, enhancements, rebooking, and guest retention. Monitor KPIs and provide real-time coaching. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy. Promote services, memberships, retail products, and seasonal offerings. Operations Support opening and closing procedures. Maintain retreat presentation and operational standards. Assist with inventory, compliance, and daily documentation.
