Team Manager Developmental

Team Manager Roles Sam’s Club is seeking Team Manager candidates for Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow roles. The management team empowers associates to serve members with excellence. Delivering for the Member Customer Focus: deliver results while putting members first, apply omni‑merchant mindset, EDLP and EDLC models. Strategic Thinking: adopt a holistic perspective, use data, analytics, customer insights to shape plans. Focusing on Our Associates Collaboration & Influence: build strong relationships, work cross‑functionally, communicate with energy and positivity. Talent Management: create discipline around talent development, empower associates, recognize contributions, foster belonging. Benefits Compensation includes a competitive salary range of $70,000.00 – $95,000.00, performance‑based bonuses and potential Regional Pay Zone adjustments. Other benefits are: Health benefits: medical, vision, dental coverage. Financial benefits: 401(k), stock purchase, company‑paid life insurance. Paid time off: PTO, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting days. PTO and/or PPTO can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays or other purposes. Amount depends on classification and tenure. Other benefits: short‑term and long‑term disability, company discounts, Military Leave Pay, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, and more. Live Better U: a company‑paid education benefit for full‑time and part‑time associates, covering tuition, books and fees up to various degrees and certificates. Additional benefits as detailed on One.Walmart. Minimum Qualifications 2 or more years of college; or

  1. year of retail experience with 6 months of supervisory experience; or
  2. years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; or
1 year of Sam’s Club experience; or 3 years of military experience. Preferred Qualifications Environmental Compliance or related field. Retail profit and loss statement management experience.
