Hire Our Heroes Program
The Hire Our Heroes program or DOD Skillbridge program is a workforce development initiative, designed to support veterans and transitioning service members in building meaningful careers across our family of companiesHOLT CAT, HOLT Truck Centers, HOLT Renewables, Texas First Rentals, and more. This program offers structured training, mentorship, and career pathways tailored to your skills and aspirations. Participants will be placed in roles that align with their experience and interests.
Must be able to do 180 days minimum in the Career Skillbridge Program prior to exiting the service.
