Our Road Technicians / Bench Preppers are responsible for repairing PCs, printers, and other computer equipment, preparing new equipment for delivery to customers and providing phone-based support to customers to resolve software and hardware issues. Responsibilities Include: Repairing PCs, printers, and other computer equipment. Providing phone-based support. Good customer service and communication skills. Reliable car for travel to customer locations (reimbursed for mileage). Candidates will need to pass a background check. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a computer support position. Experience in point of sale systems and/or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. We currently are accepting applications for our New York, Pennsylvania and Florida locations. This position is paid hourly and will be required to work overtime as needed.
