Kit Production Assistant I

Labcorp seeks a Kit Production Assistant I for its Indianapolis facility to support diagnostic kit assembly and preparation. The role involves operating in a fast-paced production environment with rotating 6am-6pm shifts, requiring attention to detail and ability to meet quality and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform kit assembly and preparation following standard operating procedures
- Label tubes and use computer terminals in high-volume production setting
- Maintain comprehensive audit trails and personal training documentation
- Monitor and report quality issues to management
- Keep work areas clean and ensure safety protocols compliance
Requirements
- High school diploma or one year of work experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds repetitively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computer terminals and scanning equipment
- Preferred: three months prior kit production experience
