Overview

A growing virtual health program is seeking Nurse Practitioners to provide telehealth-based preventive cardiac care through short, structured virtual visits. This fully remote, part-time role focuses on cardiovascular risk assessment, patient education, and lifestyle counseling — ideal for NPs who enjoy preventive care, coaching, and flexible schedules. New graduates are welcome, and multiple NP backgrounds are accepted.

What You’ll Do

Conduct 10–20 minute virtual visits focused on heart health
Perform cardiovascular risk assessments
Provide lifestyle and preventive care counseling
Educate patients on heart health and behavior change
Document efficiently using structured templates
Work within a fully supported telehealth model

What You Need

Active NP license (one or more states)
Comfort with telehealth and protocol-driven care
Interest in cardiology, prevention, or health coaching
