SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL & PART TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for a SHIFT SUPERVISOR position at Starbucks located at 9201 University City Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28223. The role requires a supervisor who can oversee associate activities during specific shifts, ensure policy compliance, and meet quality, productivity, and safety expectations. Schedule: Full & Part Time. Must be available on weekends. Pay Range: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor employees, develop them, and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous supervisor experience required.
