Under supervision of the Custodian Supervisor I, the Custodian I in the Facilities Management Division (FMD), Bonderson Unit, is responsible for the daily cleaning of assigned building, office and/or common areas by applying sustainable work practices in the operation and maintenance of all building systems and equipment in accordance with Department of General Services (DGS) and FMD policies, procedures, and guidelines and the Excellence in Public Buildings Initiative.

• Describe your experience performing custodial duties in a professional, commercial, or institutional setting. In your response, include specific examples that demonstrate your ability to work safely and independently.
