• 10/26/26 at 6:00 a.m. - 11/2/26 at 6:00 a.m.
• 11/16/26 at 6:00 a.m. - 11/23/26 at 6:00 a.m.
• 12/14/26 at 6:00 a.m. - 12/21/26 at 6:00 a.m.

2027:

• 1/25/27 at 6:00 a.m. - 2/1/27 at 6:00 a.m.
• 2/15/27 at 6:00 a.m. - 2/22/27 at 6:00 a.m.
• 3/29/27 at 6:00 a.m. - 4/5/27 at 6:00 a.m.
• 4/26/27 at 6:00 a.m. - 5/3/27 at 6:00 a.m.
• 5/10/27 at 6:00 a.m. - 5/17/27 at 6:00 a.m.

Coverage & Schedule:

• Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology call coverage only - no clinic time
• Team prefers one physician to cover one week per month
• Multiple physicians will be considered if needed
• Facility will accept multiple providers
• 30-minute call response time required

Practice Setting & Patient Volume:

• 400+ bed hospital
• Patient volume varies based on hospital census and need for EP services
• Patients per shift will depend on hospital volume while on call
• Admissions required
• Coverage includes assigned and unassigned patients
• Stroke-certified hospital
• Level I/II Trauma setting

Support & Systems:

• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Active Illinois license - Required
• Electrophysiology Fellowship - Required
• ABLS, ACLS, and BLS - Required
