BI Architect

Data Analytics & Development - SQL Server - 100% Remote role Shift: 4/10 schedule, 1st shift Pay Rate: $100-$140/Hr. on W2 Key Responsibilities
• Design data transformations to meet customer requirements using data from SAP HANA data warehouses
• Implement ETL pipelines to calculate metrics from SAP ERP data
• Create queries to pull required data from SAP HANA systems in a performant manner
• Design user friendly reports to visualize supply chain metrics in Tableau
• Support stakeholder questions
• Troubleshoot queries and implement optimizations
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure products are delivered that meet customer requirements and team standards
• Work with a cross functional team to support data warehousing, business intelligence, and reporting
• Protect sensitive data and ensure data flows are compliant with security standards Required skills list:
• Must have US citizenship and work within the United States.
• Must not be a dual citizen
• Proficient in the following languages
o Java - 5 years
o Python - 5 years
o SQL - 5 years
• Experience with SAP ECC, HANA, or S/4 - 5 years
• Knowledge of the supply chain domain - 2 years
• Experience with building ETLs to handle large data volumes (hundreds of GBs) using Apache Spark - 2 years
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, others) - 5 years
• Familiar with orchestration tools such as Airflow - 1 year
• Proficiency with developing dashboards in Tableau - 2 years
• Strong understanding of Git source control - 5 years
• Demonstrated full-stack development skills (frontend, backend, database, and REST/SOAP/other service types) - 5 years
• Ability to write tests against data, applications, and visualizations - 2 years
• Familiar with supporting a virtual team - 2 years
• Experience with Agile development: - 2 years
o Agile processes such as scrum, sprints, planning
o Tools like Jira
• Ability to learn new tools quickly Desired Skills:
• Experience with the following tools
o SQL Server
o AWS S3
o OpenShift
o Docker
o Kubernetes
o TIBCO Data Virtualization
• Ability to create and optimize queries in TIBCO Data Virtualization
• Experience with CI/CD development
