Pay: $25 $30/hr (Based on Experience)
Location: Active Job Sites | Must Be Hands-On and Ready to Lead

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on active construction sites. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is committed to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

What We're Looking For:

• Comfortable working on live construction sites
• Willing and able to be hands-on when needed
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to lead by doing
• Owns and knows how to use personal tools
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Exceptional written, verbal, and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site management
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Solid understanding of construction materials and methods
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Valid Florida driver's license

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all projects on your site are completed on time and to standard
• Order, pick up, and verify materials and deliveries
• Oversee and review subcontractor work on-site
• Approve work completion and quality before issuing payments
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Track daily progress using job logs and project management software
• Conduct final walkthroughs with clients and complete punch lists
