OB/GYN - 4-Day Workweek | Los Angeles & Orange Counties

A growing, multi-location OB/GYN group is expanding across Los Angeles and Orange Counties and looking to add several physicians to its team. This is a full-scope OB/GYN opportunity for someone who wants to continue practicing obstetrics, gynecology and surgery while having a schedule that leaves room for life outside of work. Experienced physicians and new graduates are both welcome.

Opportunity Highlights

• 4-day workweek: 3 clinic days + 1 hospital/OR day, with a set weekday off

• Competitive compensation that increases based on experience

• Quality-based bonus structure rather than incentives tied strictly to volume

• 1:7 call with dedicated laborist support

• Full-spectrum OB/GYN practice including clinic, deliveries and surgery

• Approximately 25 scheduled patients per clinic day, supported by a large clinical and administrative team

• 4 weeks PTO + 1 week CME with allowance

• Additional paid shifts available for physicians who want to earn more

• PSLF opportunity available in the Torrance region
