What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a hospital-based clinic
• Conduct inpatient therapy coverage on Mondays and as needed based on patient load
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs and hospital staff
• Document patient progress using Web PT and Trubridge EMRs
• Support patients through one-on-one therapy sessions
• Adhere to hospital policies regarding uniform and appearance
• Participate in coverage of a swing bed (SNF) inpatient unit with a maximum of 24 beds

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Texas State License in Physical Therapy
• Minimum 1 year experience in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Proficiency with EMRs: Web PT and Trubridge

Preferred:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to cover inpatient needs as scheduled

About the Assignment
This position is in a hospital outpatient clinic complemented by inpatient swing bed coverage. The outpatient clinic offers personalized care with patients seen individually, while the inpatient setting provides essential SB (Skilled Nursing Facility) care as needed. The team comprises dedicated professionals committed to delivering high-quality physical therapy services.
