Hourly Rate Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 - $17.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Support overall operation to maximize sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Requirements Minimum age 18. Flexible schedule. Physical demands: 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
