Pharmacist

Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will verify and dispense medications, manage medication therapy, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include medication reconciliation, drug interaction screening, sterile and non-sterile compounding, and patient/caregiver education.
