The Opportunity

This role supports production operations by managing machine feeding activities, performing quality checks, and assisting with makereadies to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient production. The position plays a key part in maintaining productivity, food packaging safety, and quality standards in a fastpaced manufacturing environment while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

General Responsibilities

• Manage machine feeding operations for the assigned shift or equipment, ensuring consistent productivity in a fastpaced environment.
• Perform quality checks on products and incoming materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Assist with makereadies and troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues to minimize downtime and maintain performance.
• Execute all job duties safely and efficiently, maintaining accountability for food packaging safety and quality at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including adherence to 5S standards and performing routine preventive maintenance.
• Follow all policies and procedures, report safety or quality concerns, participate in continuous improvement and training, and safely operate all assigned equipment.

What You Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and understand instructional materials such as operating procedures, work instructions, or assembly manuals.
