PIP and no-fault work sits in the same office if you want it. Our client has defended insurers in New Jersey since 1925. It is a trial firm. A member of the firm is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. There is no billable-hour requirement. Production is measured on receivables and collections, which is why associates here actually get into court.
