Experience leading enterprise cloud/digital transformation programs and building relationships with C-suite stakeholders. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites as required. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field. Program Management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or equivalent enterprise technology experience. Experience orchestrating large, multi-workstream programs involving customers, partners, and internal teams within a matrixed, global organization. Experience building business transformation journeys, performing outcome-based data analysis, and articulating explicit technology ROI to executive stakeholders. Knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem, enterprise AI/ML landscape, and experience driving enterprise agentic transformation. Advise C-suite and VP+ stakeholders on AI transformation, building and operationalizing the customer’s end-to-end AI and services strategy. Establish and lead the program operating model and governance structure, driving change management and platform adoption to ensure realized value. Orchestrate complex, multi-disciplinary programs spanning global offices, coordinating cross-functional resources across Google Cloud and partner teams. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and roadmaps to align stakeholder expectations, coordinate resources, and track progress toward business outcomes.
