Quality Technician

Quality InspectorExpress Employment of St. Croix Falls has partnered with a company in Osceola who are looking for quality inspectors. Travel may be required to go to other job locations. Candidates will receive a gas mileage reimbursement when traveling to the other locations.Pay: $18.00 per hourShift: 6:30a to 4:30p Mon-ThuDuties:Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standardsUse precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to take accurate measurementsQuality checks on motorsConduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformitiesDocument inspection results and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actionsCleaning metal, checking seals, and checking for bubblesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in quality inspection, quality assurance, or in a similar role preferred but not requiredProficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipersStrong attention to detail and ability to accurately record dataKnowledge of quality control principles and practicesExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a teamGood communication skills, both verbal and written#2764SCF
