PRN In-Home Nurse Practitioner Geriatric Risk & Quality

A healthcare solutions provider is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home wellness assessments for Medicare members in Loudoun County, VA. This part-time role offers flexibility with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per month. Ideal candidates will possess a valid NP License and have preference for experience in patient care, especially with chronic conditions. Competitive pay per completed assessment and paid mileage provided for travel. Support is included for appointment confirmation and member scheduling. #J-18808-Ljbffr
