A growing regional bank is looking for a Client Support Specialist to serve as a trusted resource for customers and property management partners utilizing their online HOA banking and payment solutions. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of customer experience, banking operations, and digital payment technology. You'll assist clients with navigating our online payment platform, troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and help ensure a seamless experience for homeowners and management companies. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and homeowners via phone and email, providing prompt, professional support. Assist users with navigating online payment tools, reporting features, bulk payment uploads, and other platform capabilities. Diagnose client issues, gather detailed information, and identify effective solutions or escalation paths. Educate customers on available services, product enhancements, and best practices to maximize their experience. Process online payments and accurately document client interactions within internal systems. Partner with Operations and technical teams to investigate and resolve service-related concerns. Track and report recurring issues, system challenges, and client feedback to help improve processes and user experience. Maintain a strong understanding of banking products, payment services, and digital platform functionality. Deliver empathetic, solution-focused service while managing multiple priorities and meeting service expectations. What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in customer support, client services, banking operations, financial services, or a related field. High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to remain calm and resourceful in challenging situations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications. Exposure to banking, payment processing, financial services, or technology support environments is a plus.
