End Date: 11-04-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in line with applicable practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain one before starting)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of state and federal regulations governing physical therapy services
• Skilled in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and direct therapy
• Effective documentation practices for accurate and timely records
• Ability to supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs with confidence
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients, families, and care teams
