Administrative Assistant I - Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Northeast - Pottsville, PA
$16 - $18 per hourEurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Administrative Assistant I position at Eurofins' drinking water and wastewater laboratory in Pottsville, PA. Provides clerical and administrative support including telephone reception, mail routing, client greeting, and report preparation under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Operate multi-line telephone system, screen and route calls professionally
- Greet laboratory visitors, clients and vendors following sign-in procedures
- Receive, sort and route incoming mail, faxes and correspondences
- Collect data and prepare spreadsheets, reports and databases for management
- Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence using cost-effective shipping methods
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months multi-line telephone systems experience
- One year secretarial or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
- Professional English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Customer service skills and ability to work independently
Compensation: $16-18/hour
