We‘re a family-owned refrigerated carrier based in East Texas with strong miles, no-touch freight, and routes that keep you mostly below I-40.

What Teams Can Expect

• Teams earn $180,000–$190,000+ annually
• $5,000 sign-on bonus EACH driver
• Get hired and on the road in as little as 1 week
• $1,250 weekly guaranteed minimum
• Home every 7–13 days with flexible reset options
• 90% of routes stay below I-40
