Trauma-Informed Teen Parent Support Specialist

FAMILY INDEPENDENCE INC

FAMILY INDEPENDENCE INC in Boston seeks a Resident Assistant (RA) to provide direct care to teen parents and their children under the supervision of the Clinical Care Coordinator. This role requires positive role modeling, participation in care assessments, and effective communication with teens and families. Candidates should hold at least a High School Diploma or HiSET certificate, with preferred experience in crisis intervention and working with high-risk adolescents.
