Job Description Potential Responsibilities Policies , Guidelines and Protocols : Provide administrative support in maintaining and organizing documentation related to policies, guidelines, and protocols. Task Execution: Perform assigned tasks with diligence and attention to detail, gradually taking on more complex responsibilities as skills develop. Project Support: Support ongoing projects by conducting research, preparing materials, and contributing to team efforts. Analysis and Problem Solving : Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and other relevant topics, compiling findings into reports or presentations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their functions and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. Learning & Development : Observe and learn from experienced professionals, understanding the day-to-day operations and challenges of the industry. Minimum Requirements Tracking to earn associate or bachelor's degree obtained from an accredited U.S. college or university. Demonstrated qualities of leadership and hard work. Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
