Job Description: Responsible to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home care and hospice care (if applicable at location) of patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Provides direct patient care to patients requiring care for medical, diagnostic and emergency conditions. Work Experience: East Market: Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience. Education Qualifications: Education as required for state licensure. Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Certification/Licensure Requirements: Current nursinglicensure in state (s) of employment.
