About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Career Center, a pivotal role in the institution's mission to prepare students for transformative lives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Career Center provides a first-in-class experience, with a focus on high-impact internships, career preparation, and meaningful connections to alumni and employers. This leadership position demands a seasoned professional with a master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years' experience in designing and leading comprehensive career strategies, preferably within a mission-driven environment. The Executive Director will be expected to advance a model that integrates academics, experiential learning, and post-graduate success, and to play a central role in shaping the institution's strategic vision for career education. Applicants for the Executive Director role at the company's Career Center should be adept at facilitating consensus, operating through influence, and using data-informed decision-making to drive execution at scale.
