About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Career Center, a pivotal role in the institution's mission to prepare students for transformative lives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Career Center provides a first-in-class experience, with a focus on high-impact internships, career preparation, and meaningful connections to alumni and employers. This leadership position demands a seasoned professional with a master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years' experience in designing and leading comprehensive career strategies, preferably within a mission-driven environment. The Executive Director will be expected to advance a model that integrates academics, experiential learning, and post-graduate success, and to play a central role in shaping the institution's strategic vision for career education.
