Role Description This full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in Fresno, CA. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and oversee the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, collecting and analyzing data, adjusting treatment plans based on progress, and ensuring high-quality, ethical service delivery. The BCBA will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary team members, provide parent and staff training, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, including assessment, treatment planning, and data-driven decision‑making. Candidates should possess skills in Psychology and Behavior Management to support individuals with diverse behavioral needs and promote positive, functional outcomes. Candidates should possess skills in Parent Education to coach caregivers, deliver training, and foster effective home and community supports. Current BCBA certification and adherence to BACB ethical standards. Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. Experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills; ability to work effectively in schools, clinics, and home settings.
