Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech-language therapy services in an environment dedicated to supporting students with autism spectrum disorder. This full-time position is located near Strongsville, OH, with an immediate start to cover the remainder of the school year—and the potential for a year-round assignment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Ohio SLP license required
• Experience supporting students in a school-based speech-language pathology role
• Comfortable managing a heavy ASD caseload and familiar with evidence-based practices for autism support
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and staff
• Adaptability to meet diverse student needs in a dynamic school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments, develop intervention plans, and deliver services to students at the PEP Prentiss Autism Center
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and inform adjustments to support plans
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP development and meetings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, behavior specialists, and other relevant staff to support comprehensive student care
• Offer guidance and resources to families to foster carryover and generalization of skills outside of the school setting
