Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Eclectic Logistics focuses on innovative freight solutions and a supportive environment for drivers. As a flatbed lease-purchase driver you'll operate modern tractors (2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner) while working toward ownership of the equipment.

Pay is 80% of gross with weekly gross averages of $7,500–$10,000. Core responsibilities include safe operation of the tractor-trailer, securement of flatbed loads, and consistent pre- and post-trip equipment inspections.

Key responsibilities:

• Transport and secure flatbed freight across routes from Lawton.
• Perform inspections, handle documentation, and coordinate with dispatch.
• Keep equipment serviceable and report issues.
