Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech - Cardiology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures in the cath lab according to standard practices.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of cath lab equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within EMR - MEDHOST.
• Assist in patient preparation and recovery from procedures.
• Coordinate with medical staff and ensure all supplies are ready for procedures.
• Provide rotating on-call coverage for emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• RT (R) certification required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory.
• Experience with scrubbing and x-ray equipment.
• Familiarity with a unit having 6 beds.
• Ability to wear and maintain a Ceil Blue scrub color provided by the hospital.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work under stress.
