Senior Project Architect

• Hybrid Remote (2 days remote/3 days onsite in Las Vegas)
• $132k - $156k base + annual bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) or Master of Architecture (MArch) degree. 
• Architect License or 15+ years of experience 
• Revit
• Hospitality project experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinates a project from initial design through construction administration
• Assumes some project management responsibilities for assigned projects inclusive of client and consultant meetings and communications.
• Develops project documentation requirements as a result of research, discussions with Project Manager, PIC, Lead Designer and client interviews.  
• versees the assembly of necessary technical documentation (drawings and specifications), in accordance with our standards, for all project phases
