Description Senior Marketing Manager, Product Who We Are Ready Rebound is a healthcare navigation company dedicated to improving the recovery journey for first responders. With operations across 22 states, we partner with more than 400 municipal organizations to support over 50,000 lives. By combining sports medicine expertise with personalized care coordination, Ready Rebound empowers first responders to return to duty healthier, stronger, and faster. Position Summary As Senior Marketing Manager Product, you will own and shape how our product is positioned, communicated, and supported in the market. This role blends strategy and execution. You’ll define messaging, build go‑to‑market plans, create compelling marketing and sales assets, and enable both our internal teams and our growing network of partners to successfully communicate the value of Ready Rebound’s solutions. You will work cross‑functionally with product, sales, marketing, and leadership, helping ensure our product story is clear, compelling, and consistent across every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities Product Marketing Strategy Define and refine product messaging, positioning, and value propositions. Translate complex software capabilities into clear, compelling stories that resonate with customers. Partner with product and leadership to help shape go‑to‑market strategies for new features and capabilities. Go‑To‑Market Execution Lead product marketing execution for launches, updates, and campaigns. Identify and leverage the right marketing channels to communicate product value (website, email, video, presentations, etc.). Build the foundational product marketing assets needed to scale the business. Channel Partner Enablement Ready Rebound is expanding its broker and reseller channel, and product marketing will play a key role in enabling that growth. You will help create: Channel partner presentations and other partner‑facing marketing collateral. Your work will help ensure our partners have the tools and messaging they need to successfully represent Ready Rebound in the market. Sales Enablement Develop materials that help sales teams communicate product value. Create customer presentations, solution overviews, and product narratives. Support internal teams with marketing and communication materials when bandwidth constraints arise. Provider Network Marketing Our provider network is a key differentiator for Ready Rebound. You will support marketing initiatives that help grow and promote our network, including: Content that highlights the value of participating in the Ready Rebound provider network. Marketing storytelling around provider training. Provider recruitment and engagement materials. Embraces ownership and is energized by building from scratch. Agility & Flexibility: Thrives in a fast‑paced, fluid startup environment; able to adapt quickly as priorities shift. Execution Excellence: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines. Collaborative Mindset: Able to work across teams, manage external partners, and build alignment around marketing initiatives. Analytical Thinking: Comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and ROI analysis to guide decision‑making. B2B & Government Insight: Experience in B2B and/or government‑related industries is a strong plus, bringing knowledge of how to navigate complex decision‑making environments. Builder mentality — you enjoy creating structure where it doesn't yet exist. Self‑starter who takes initiative and drives projects forward. Strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing. Strong storyteller and communicator. Comfortable working cross‑functionally across product, marketing, and sales. Ability to simplify complex technology into compelling narratives. Bring best practices from prior organizations and raise the bar for how we market our products. Requirements Education & Experience 5–7+ years of product marketing experience. Experience marketing software or SaaS products. Strong understanding of how to position and communicate technology solutions. Bonus Points Experience in startup or high‑growth environments. Experience in GovTech, public sector technology, or regulated industries. Experience supporting channel partner or reseller marketing programs. Compensation Competitive salary and bonus.
