Sourcing Specialist

To enhance supply chain efficiency, the full-time Sourcing Specialist will support strategic sourcing initiatives, conduct supply chain analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Assist in executing strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and supplier onboarding Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and inventory optimization Collaborate with various departments to implement cost-saving initiatives and improve supplier performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analytics, preferably in a global manufacturing environment Experience with strategic sourcing activities including supplier evaluation and negotiations Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and make actionable recommendations Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software
