We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, keep the team productive, and take ownership of the work from start to finish. If you have landscape maintenance or mowing experience, a positive attitude, and enjoy seeing the results of your work every day, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities of a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage one other employee on site
• Monitor and maintain equipment
• Mow, trim, and edge all properties to contract standards
• Ensure attention to detail in all tasks

Qualifications

• Experience in mowing and using handheld tools
• Ability to work days and occasionally some weekends
• Valid driver’s license
• Chauffeur's License and Valid Medical Examiners Certificate a plus
• Positive attitude

Compensation

$18-$21/hour
