Project Manager & Estimator - Commercial Flooring (Direct Hire)

A leading commercial flooring contractor in the Fall River, MA region is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Project Manager & Estimator to oversee high‑visibility projects across commercial and industrial environments. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced construction setting and enjoys owning projects from take‑off to close‑out.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates and take‑offs from architectural drawings
- Manage flooring projects from award through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, labor teams, schedules, and materials
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and field conditions
- Track budgets, timelines, and profitability
- Collaborate with sales teams, vendors, and clients
- Process change orders and maintain project documentation
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
- Provide consistent communication and updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial or industrial flooring project management & estimating
- Strong knowledge of flooring materials (VCT, LVT, carpet, rubber, epoxy, ceramic, etc.)
- Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate take‑offs
- Proficiency with estimating tools (MeasureSquare, Bluebeam, Callidus, or similar)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
