Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC, a leading commercial roofing contractor, is seeking an organized, motivated Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position - one year of administrative or dispatch experience is preferred , but we are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the office and field teams.

• Communicate professionally via phone and email with customers, vendors, and technicians.

• Dispatch service technicians to job sites, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized job records.

• Assist with tracking work orders, material deliveries, and project updates.

• Support the sales, dispatch, and service teams with daily tasks.

• Help prepare job documentation and assist in the billing process as needed.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level position: 1 year of administrative, dispatch, or office support experience preferred - willing to train the right person .

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
