Account Manager - Neuropsychiatry - Tucson, AZ

This field-based account manager role focuses on building relationships with obstetric, psychiatric, and primary care providers in the Tucson and Yuma areas to advance postpartum depression screening and treatment. The position requires developing and executing territory sales plans, communicating clinical information, and supporting healthcare providers' educational needs. Candidates need 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, with preference for women's health background and a proven track record of top-tier performance.
Responsibilities
- Communicate clinical data, protocols, screening pathways, and market access policies to healthcare providers
- Develop and execute sales plans for assigned Tucson and Yuma territories
- Build and maintain relationships with OB/GYNs, psychiatrists, psychiatric NPs/PAs, and primary care providers
- Drive post-partum depression screening initiatives and treatment pathway adoption within health systems
- Identify and support educational needs of healthcare providers and non-clinical stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- 5+ years pharmaceutical, specialty, hospital, or biotech sales experience
- Consistent top 30% performance ranking over minimum 2+ years
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record per company policy
- Women's Health and product launch experience preferred
- Account management, group practice, or GPO role history preferred
- Specialty pharmacy experience preferred
Compensation: $138,000-$185,000 base
