BODYBAR Pilates Instructor
As a BODYBAR Pilates Instructor, you'll play an integral role in creating an exceptional member experience while delivering safe, effective, and engaging classes. Responsibilities include:
- Embody and promote the BODYBAR Pilates mission, values, and teaching methodology in every class and member interaction.
- Plan and lead dynamic, Pilates-based group fitness classes using the BODYBAR teaching formula for clients of all fitness levels and abilities.
- Provide clear instruction and hands-on guidance to ensure proper form, safety, and movement quality.
- Foster a positive, welcoming, and inclusive studio environment that encourages connection and community.
- Build meaningful relationships with members by engaging before, during, and after class.
- Educate members on studio offerings, policies, promotions, and appropriate movement modifications when needed.
- Take ownership of your teaching schedule by arranging qualified substitute instructors for assigned classes when necessary. Instructors are responsible for ensuring all scheduled classes are covered.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and supportive presence while delivering an exceptional member experience.
- Collaborate with the studio team to uphold the high standards and culture of BODYBAR Pilates.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- A passion for boutique fitness, Pilates, or related field
- Desire to obtain a group fitness certification, or a Pilates certification
- Strong communicator—both verbal and written
- Community-minded and connection-driven
- Positive, team-focused leader who leads by example
